- the product you are interested in
- your message
You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not ask for payment details here.
Why we collect it
We use these details to reply to your quote request: to prepare a price, send samples, answer questions about the stone and follow up on your project. We do not use them for anything else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any order that follows. If no order follows, we delete your details within 24 months of your last contact with us. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
We do not sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it when we have to in order to answer you, for example with the company that hosts our website and email.
